When I draw caricatures my primary objective is to get a likeness. I usually don’t exagerate too much (except when I’m drawing celebrities, like the samples below). I often work as a caricature artist in New England and the New York metro area. When drawing caricatures at an event I can draw one black and white caricature in about five minutes, a color caricature in ten minutes, and usually work for a minimum of three hours.
